Cancel subscription

ShiftGo Premium renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime — your Premium features stay active until the end of the current billing period. No penalties, no questions asked.

Cancel on iPhone or iPad

  1. Open the Settings app on your device.
  2. Tap your name at the top of the screen.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Find ShiftGo in the list and tap it.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription.
  6. Confirm when prompted. You'll keep Premium until the end of your current billing period.

Cancel on Android

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.
  2. Tap your profile icon in the top right.
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions Subscriptions.
  4. Find ShiftGo and tap it.
  5. Tap Cancel subscription.
  6. Follow the prompts to confirm. Premium stays active until the end of your billing period.

What happens after I cancel?

  • You keep all Premium features until the end of your current billing period.
  • After that, ShiftGo reverts to the free version. Your shifts and earnings data stay on your device — nothing is deleted.
  • If you had Cloud Sync enabled, your data remains on your device but stops syncing to the cloud. You can re-subscribe anytime to resume sync.
